- The package before it is opened.
- The unboxing of the product, clearly displaying its condition and any defects.
- The product in full, including packaging and labels.
How to Initiate a Return

- Approval & Instructions: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. A trackable shipping method is recommended.
Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
