  • Unboxing Video Proof: Customers must provide a clear, unedited video of the unboxing process. The video should show:
    • The package before it is opened.
    • The unboxing of the product, clearly displaying its condition and any defects.
    • The product in full, including packaging and labels.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@quickaidstore.com with your order details, reason for return, and the unboxing video proof.
  2. Approval & Instructions: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. A trackable shipping method is recommended.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
